Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, or carrier service disruptions, processing time may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States are not accepted at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment warehouse.

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Most U.S. orders are delivered within 4–7 business days in total, including processing and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Promotions such as free standard shipping may be available on eligible orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking details after the label is created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Carrier Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery window, shipping times may vary due to holidays, peak shipping periods, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team so we can review the situation and assist you.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos if the package or item arrived damaged.

Returns

Approved returns are handled through our U.S. return center. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
