Mahjong Goods is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League or any other official mahjong organization.

Any organization names, game references, or product-type descriptions used on the Services are used only to help customers identify the type of product or accessory they are looking for. Such references do not imply any official partnership, authorization, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mahjong Goods reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests or address changes.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, phone number, or other contact information provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to returns or refunds only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale, export, or fraudulent activity.

We currently ship orders within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States may not be accepted.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, incorrect shipping addresses, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist where possible.

Section 7 - Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, our support team will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
